End-user license agreement · Effective October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Hannah Jane Crafts LLC DBA RuBa Intelligence ("we", "us") and the business that connects its QuickBooks Online company to Tripwire ("you"). By connecting a company or using Tripwire, you accept these terms and confirm that you're authorized to accept them for that business and to give us access to its QuickBooks data. Our privacy policy explains how we handle that data and is part of these terms. Section 7 limits our liability.
Tripwire reads the vendors, bills and expenses in your QuickBooks Online company, checks them for payments that may be duplicates, unfamiliar payees, unusual amounts or other signs of error or fraud, and tells you about them on this site and by email. Some of the checking is done by an AI model. Tripwire only reads from QuickBooks: it never creates, changes or deletes anything there and never moves money.
While these terms are in effect, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tripwire for your business's internal purposes. Everyone at your business who uses Tripwire must follow these terms, and you're responsible for what they do in it. You may not:
We and our licensors own Tripwire and everything in it apart from your data. These terms give you no rights beyond the license above.
Your QuickBooks data stays yours. You let us access, store and process it only to provide Tripwire to you, as described in the privacy policy. We won't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Tripwire is an early-warning tool. It points out payments that may deserve a closer look; it doesn't decide whether anything is actually wrong. In particular:
You stay responsible for your books, for approving and making payments, for your business's financial controls, and for what you do about an alert. Don't rely on Tripwire as your only safeguard against fraud or error.
Tripwire needs an active QuickBooks Online subscription and works through Intuit's sign-in and APIs. Intuit isn't a party to these terms and isn't responsible for Tripwire. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit changes or limits its service, Tripwire may stop working in whole or in part. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Tripwire isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
TRIPWIRE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT TRIPWIRE WILL FIND EVERY PROBLEM, BE ERROR-FREE OR BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL; (B) WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR LOSSES FROM FRAUD, THEFT, ERRORS OR PAYMENTS THAT TRIPWIRE DIDN'T FLAG, FLAGGED LATE OR FLAGGED WRONGLY, OR FROM ANYTHING YOU DID OR DIDN'T DO BECAUSE OF AN ALERT; AND (C) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO TRIPWIRE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR TRIPWIRE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR US$100. THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
You'll defend and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, or from connecting data you weren't authorized to share with us.
